What is GeoMobileFinder?

GeoMobileFinder is a service that helps you find a lost phone or contact the person who has it. We offer two main features:

Ring the phone: A call from an international number (US type) is made to the number you specify
SMS location: An SMS containing a link is sent to the phone. If the person clicks this link, you can see their position in your client space

Important: Location requires the consent of the person holding the phone. No automatic geolocation is possible without the person clicking the link.

How exactly does the service work?

Our service works in two simple steps:

1. To ring a phone:
• Enter the number in your client space
• We launch a call from an international number
• The phone rings, allowing you to locate it audibly or attract attention

2. For location:
• Enter the number in your client space
• An SMS with a link is sent
• IF the person clicks the link, their position appears on your map
• If the link is not clicked, no location is possible

Is it legal to use this service?

Yes, our service is perfectly legal because:

• It is designed to find YOUR own lost phones
• Location ALWAYS requires consent (click on the link)
• No secret or automatic tracking is possible
• The service complies with all privacy laws

Reminder: Using the service to track someone without their consent is illegal. Our service is intended only for finding lost or misplaced phones.

L'animation de localisation affichée est-elle réelle ?

Non. L'animation affichée avant l'abonnement est une simulation visuelle. La localisation réelle n'a lieu que si le destinataire clique sur le lien SMS et autorise explicitement le partage de sa position. Sans ce consentement, aucune donnée de localisation n'est collectée.

Service Operation

How to ring a phone?

To ring a phone:
1. Log in to your client space
2. Click on "Ring"
3. Enter the phone number (with country code)
4. Validate
5. A call will be launched from an international number (USA)

The phone will ring normally, allowing you to find it if it's nearby or attract the attention of the person who found it.

How does SMS location work?

Location works as follows:
1. You enter the number in your space
2. An SMS is sent with a customizable message
3. The SMS contains a location link
4. If and only if the person clicks on the link:
   • They see a geolocation authorization request
   • If they accept, their position appears in your space
5. No click on the link = no location possible

The person is always informed and must give their consent. There is no hidden tracking.

What happens if the person doesn't click the link?

If the person doesn't click the link:
• No location is possible
• You receive no position information
• You can try to send another SMS later
• You can use the "Ring" function instead

Our system fully respects the person's choice. Without their voluntary action, no data is collected.

Where do the calls come from?

Calls to ring the phone come from an international number, usually from the United States. This allows:
• Having a visible number (no hidden call)
• Maximizing the chances of the call going through
• Attracting attention if someone found your phone

Note: Some operators may block international calls. In this case, use the SMS function.

Pricing and Subscriptions

How much does GeoMobileFinder cost?

Our pricing is simple and transparent:

Trial period: 48 hours for €0.50
   - Full access to all features
   - Ability to cancel anytime

Subscription: €39.90/month
   - Unlimited calls and SMS
   - Priority customer support
   - No commitment

After the 48h trial, the monthly subscription starts automatically unless you cancel.

How does the trial period work?

The trial period works as follows:
1. You pay €0.50 for 48 hours of full access
2. You can test all features
3. If satisfied, do nothing: the subscription continues
4. If not satisfied, cancel before the end of 48h
5. Without cancellation, the €39.90/month subscription starts automatically

It's a way to test the service at minimal cost before committing.

How to cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is simple and immediate:
1. Log in to your client space
2. Go to "My Profile" or "My Subscription"
3. Click on "Unsubscribe"
4. Confirm your choice

• Cancellation is effective immediately
• You keep access until the end of the paid period
• No questions asked, no penalty
• You can resubscribe later if needed

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by:
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Debit card

All payments are secure and processed by Stripe, the global leader in online payments. Your bank details are protected and we never store them on our servers.

Are there hidden fees?

No, no hidden fees!

• €0.50 for the 48h trial
• €39.90/month for the subscription
• That's it!

No activation fees, no usage fees, no surprises. The displayed price is the price you pay, period.

Security and Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes, security is our priority:
• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/SSL)
• Your passwords are hashed and salted
• Payments are handled by Stripe (we never see your bank details)
• Secure access to your client space
• GDPR compliance

We never sell or share your personal data.

What do you do with phone numbers?

The numbers you enter:
• Are used only for the requested service (call or SMS)
• Are not permanently stored
• Are never resold or shared
• Are deleted after use

We fully respect the privacy of all users.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time:
1. Log in to your space
2. Go to settings
3. Click on "Delete my account"
4. Confirm

Deletion results in:
• Permanent deletion of all your data
• Immediate cancellation of subscription
• No possibility of recovery

In accordance with GDPR, you have full control over your data.

Account and Support

How to create an account?

Account creation is simple:
1. Click on "Sign up" or "Start trial"
2. Enter your email and create a password
3. Validate your email (check spam)
4. Enter your payment information for the €0.50 trial
5. Done! You have access to all features

Registration takes less than 2 minutes.

I forgot my password

To reset your password:
1. On the login page, click "Forgot password"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your mailbox (and spam)
4. Click on the received link
5. Create your new password

The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive anything, contact support.

How to contact support?

We respond within 24 hours (remember to check spam)

I don't receive emails

If you don't receive our emails:
1. Check your spam/junk mail
2. Add support@geomobilefinder.com to your contacts
3. Verify that your email address is correct
4. Some providers block automated emails
5. Contact us via the site form
